The evening begins with a 45-minute full-body workout designed to challenge you and get you moving.

After class, we’ll be providing one-on-one assisted stretches on massage tables, giving everyone dedicated time to recover, lengthen, and reset after the work they just put in.

Cold-weather rule: don’t go from bed → sidewalk without waking up your body first.

A few minutes of simple movement goes a long way when the temps drop. Before you head out, try:

• Leg swings to get your hips moving
• Shoulder stretches to open things up after sleep
• Short-range lunges to prep your knees and ankles for the city grind

It’s quick. It’s easy. And it keeps you from stepping into the cold feeling locked up.

It was so much fun meeting and stretching so many run-loving💙 people at the “The Human Fly 5K” with x x x x@hokanycrun x x RIR at the HOKA Flagship this weekend. Big thanks to Jenny and .emo.run for coordinating.

The energy was amazing. Being part of NYC’s running community is always such a highlight for us.

We love supporting runners and helping keep those miles feeling strong. Can’t wait for more!
