If I had to lose 10 lbs again, I wouldn’t overcomplicate it.

I’d go back to the basics that actually work 👇

1️⃣ Prioritize protein every single meal
Protein keeps you full, supports muscle growth , and makes fat loss way easier. If you’re not tracking anything else, track this.

2️⃣ Be boringly consistent
Not perfect. Not extreme. Just consistent enough, long enough. Consistency is king 👑

3️⃣ Walk more than you think you need to
Daily steps = the easiest fat loss tool most people ignore. Aim for 8–12k and stay consistent.

That’s it. No detoxes. No cutting out entire food groups. No starting over every Monday.

Fat loss isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what works, over and over again.

Progressive overload isn’t sexy but it’s the reason your body changes.

You don’t need a new program every week.
You need to stop sticking to the same12 reps and expecting change.

That’s it.

Stop chasing variety. Start chasing progress.

If your lifts look the same as they did 3 months ago so will your body.

Apply the pressure. Results will follow.
