Yogi Charu is one of the few teachers in the west initiated into Kriya and Tantra Yoga by Swami Anandakapila Saraswati, a direct disciple of Swami Satyananda. Since the age of 15, Charu's yoga practice has taken him from the Caribbean, to the snow-capped mountains of the Himalayas studying under various Yogis, and to the hustle and bustle of some of the world's largest cities.
