Last weekend, a group of Marymount High School students visited our residents to share something special with them. The students, who were passionate about classical music, prepared a small concert featuring beautiful pieces by famous composers.🎶

As the music filled the room, the residents listened with smiles and great attention. Some even quietly sang along or remembered songs from their younger years. The students were happy to see how much joy their performance brought to the audience.

The visit was more than just a concert. It was an opportunity for the students and residents to connect, share memories, and enjoy a meaningful afternoon together. The experience taught the students that even a simple gift of time and music can brighten someone’s day. For everyone involved, it was a beautiful reminder that kindness and music can bring people of different generations closer together.

Ms. Tarumi recently organized a special visit to the facility, bringing the Tarumi Violinists. This talented group has performed for numerous celebrities, politicians, and religious leaders and has been rightfully recognized by the media as “Musical Ambassadors of Peace.”
Last Saturday, our residents warmly welcomed the Tarumi Violinists and greatly enjoyed their outstanding performance and musical talent.

This afternoon, our residents were treated to a very special visit from sophomores at the United Nations International School, who organized a performance through the Guitar Club Community Union (GCU).

The GCU is comprised of around a dozen talented UNIS high school guitarists and singers who strive to spread the joy of music throughout the community by performing free concerts at local hospitals, daycares, and senior centers.

Our residents and staff truly appreciated their wonderful performance and the joy they brought to our facility.🩷
