In addition we will be honoring two very special alumni members at this year's meeting:
Wallace Lehman, MD, Class of 1963, will receive a lifetime achievement award. He is a world-renowned pioneer in the field of pediatric orthopedic surgery who began his distinguished career in 1958 as an orthopedic intern at the former Hospital for Joint Diseases (now NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital) culminating in his long tenure as Chief of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery.
Brett Levine, MD, Class of 2005, will deliver the Distinguished Alumnus Address. Dr. Levine, MD, is Chief of the Joint Arthroplasty Division, MedStar Orthopaedic Institute, Washington Region and Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Georgetown University School of Medicine.
A full agenda of the Scientific Program will be distributed shortly! NOTE: Alumni, if you are unable to attend the full academic program please feel free to attend the dinner by RSVPing at the link in the bio. This year's dinner at 230 Fifth Avenue Rooftop will be held in honor of Dr. Lehman. Please join us in celebrating his legacy at NYU HJD. We look forward to seeing you this Fall!
