Yesterday’s Sage Clinician Roundtable at the Thrive Center in Louisville brought together clinical leaders from across senior living for a day of honest conversation, collaboration, and future-focused thinking.

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was watching clinicians, operators, and Sage’s product team workshop real operational challenges side-by-side. Caregivers and leaders shared workflow frustrations, unmet needs, and ideas for improvement that Sage will now use to help prototype potential solutions.

A few themes surfaced throughout the discussions:
➡️ Resident acuity is rising rapidly
➡️ Care teams are being asked to do more with fewer resources
➡️ Technology should reduce friction, not create more of it
➡️ “It can’t just be pure numbers. It has to be humans.”

From proactive care strategies to the future of aging in place, the level of openness and partnership in the room was incredible.

Huge thank you to everyone who participated and shared so openly. The future of senior care will be built through collaboration between caregivers, operators, clinicians, and technology teams willing to listen first.
