This month, we’re featuring Raúl Suárez, Head of Medical Physics, and his colleagues at Oncoservice Bolivia, who use Log File Analysis (LFA) from ClearCalc and RadMonteCarlo to accelerate their patient-specific QA. Before adopting LFA, the clinic used phantoms to validate dose delivery, a resource-intensive process that often resulted in extra time in the clinic after regular patient hours.

With the introduction of ClearCalc with RadMonteCarlo, they reduced their PSQA workflow from hours to 2-5 minutes per patient–freeing up a significant amount of clinical time.
