Gateway offers programs, services and meals for people with special needs, intellectual and developmental disabilities and people with mental health needs. Gateway also provide support services the families of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Gateway operates out of four of the five New York City boro

ughs, serving individuals living in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Upper Manhattan. Gateway provides programs and services 365 days a year, 7 days a week, from early morning on into the evening hours. Our facilities, programs and services are regulated under the auspices of the New York State Office for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH).

Exploring the Wonders of the Underwater World! 🌊🐠🐚🎨

Our individuals had an exciting day discovering the beauty of the underwater world through hands-on learning and creative activities. Together, we explored fascinating sea creatures, shared fun facts, created colorful ocean-themed artwork, and let our imaginations shine through painting and crafts.

Learning and Exploring at the Pet Store! 🐾🐠🐦

Our students had a wonderful time visiting the pet store, where they explored different animals, learned about their care, and discovered fascinating facts about pets of all kinds. From colorful fish to playful birds, every corner brought new excitement and opportunities to learn.
