Let’s be real for a minute — dessert for breakfast can be pretty awesome.

Caramelized Zucchini Pasta Shells - A ton of fresh zucchini is cooked down with olive oil, butter, shallot, and garlic until soft and caramelized. It’s then tossed with pasta and parmesan cheese.
