Go look in the mirror and stick your tongue out. What do you see?

Most of us look at our tongues every single day while brushing our teeth, but we completely miss the clues our bodies are leaving for us. Your tongue is basically a daily status report on your internal health!

Here is what your body might be trying to tell you:

🌊 Teeth marks on the sides (scalloped edges): This often means your body is holding onto excess fluid or dealing with inflammation.
🦠 A thick white coating: This is a classic indicator that something might be off in your gut microbiome.
⚡️ Cracks or deep grooves: This can be a major signal of vitamin deficiencies (especially B vitamins) or dehydration.

Your body is always giving you signals before a real problem starts—most people just ignore them until it’s too late.
