Tattoo Seen was established in the 1980′s by Richard ‘Seen’ Mirando. Seen is one of the most well known graffiti artists in the world, often referred to as the Godfather of Graffiti. After its opening, Tattoo Seen quickly became one of the most successful studios in NYC. Today, over 35 years later, Tattoo Seen remains in it’s original location in the Bronx. Appointments are recommended for custom
