Something I hear almost every week from clients:
"I lost 30 pounds on Ozempic. Then I stopped, and it all came back. What did I do wrong?"
The answer is nothing. The medication worked exactly as it was supposed to. What was missing was the support around it. The nutrition plan. The muscle preservation. The habit work. The accountability. The deeper conversation about why we eat the way we do.
GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Zepbound are genuinely changing lives. I believe in them. But I also see every day what happens when people use them without a real lifestyle plan behind them, and it breaks my heart every single time.
The window these medications create is precious. What you do inside that window is everything.
I wrote about this in detail over on LinkedIn, including what the latest research says, what we focus on at CB Health & Wellness, and why comprehensive support is what separates a temporary result from a lasting one.
If you or someone you love is navigating this journey, please share this. It might be exactly what they need to hear.
