Activate Poise The Alexander Technique is a mind-body journey of personal discovery.

I passionately help my students uncover deeply rooted habits, and help them learn how to make more efficient choices in their body and thinking. The Alexander Technique is a mind-body method that teaches how to undo physical and emotional tension. Using hands-on guidance and verbal instruction to help each student discover ineffective habits, students learn how to undo them for themselves. Students learn practical skill that will not only help in high pressure situations: making presentations, auditioning, dealing with pain and stress; but will carry this technique into everyday activities as practice.
