“A DAY IN THE LIFE WITH KATO” - From Downtown Manhattan to Brooklyn and back again. We march through the burroughs with purpose. Nolita, West Village, UES, Columbus Circle, Chelsea, Williamsburg, Bed-Stuy, Gowanas, Brooklyn Heights and more.

We rise at 4am Sunday - Monday to provide a service. We instill discipline with as much energy as possible to create the lifestyles my people dream of. I provide leadership the only way I know how, and that’s by example.

My team thinks I train them when in actuality they train me. As I watch them grow stronger, wiser, from boys to men, or employee to boss it gives me the energy to show up on time, all the time, everyday with the goals of our next chapter in one hand and a plan to get us there in the other.

This is just a snippet of my day in the life as a personal trainer with real people providing real results. There is so much more! And now I have the opportunity to provide my services to so many more.

What should you do if you’ve only got 5,10, 15 or 20 minutes to workout ? The short BURST! 💥 As much as you can with the time you have.

Too busy to workout person I am talking to you. Do not take your 5 minute windows for granted. Do something, anything, no matter how short consistently. 💥

Your body will love you for it.💥

Every workout should start with a warm up 🔥

Do you ever get the sense that you just need to move your body ? I think we all do and a warm up routine is great if you don’t have time for a full workout. 🔥

I recommend you do a warm up or full stretch routine everyday. Warm ups ensure your safety by allowing enough blood flow to your muscles before you begin any workout or exercise. 🔥

You should do a warm up everyday to get that blood pumping through your veins and improve your brain function. 🔥

This movement is the most embarrassing movement I do. That’s why I do it first in each of my warm up routines to get it out of the way. 🔥

An embarrassing stretch is a small price to pay for an improved quality of life. 🔥

Train with Kato. Master your Movements 🦅
Want to complete your first pull-up ? This is what you have to do first.

Dead hang with a firm enough grip. Then it’s time to engage. You engage by squeezing your scapula or shoulder blades together and picking your chest up slightly.

This position will stretch your upper body like a rubber band and allow for a more explosive pull-up attempt.

To get the most out of this exercise lock out your elbows at the bottom of each rep and get your chin over the bar at the top.

Pull-ups are very difficult I know, so you may need to use a pull-up assist machine or bands to assist you.

Even with assistance the same rules apply. Dead hang with a strong grip, engage and pull.
