We have completed our Advanced Teacher training Science of Self at Spirit Lab, with an incredible group of devoted, focused, and powerful heart-led students. We learned to teach advanced pranayama and the masterclass asana sequence and postures, practiced meditation, and studied energy anatomy and acupressure, physical anatomy, sutras and yoga philosophy, teaching methods, modifications, and more.

We’re so excited to see this group of teachers go on to continue teaching and helping people with knowledge, insight, love and care. 🙏🌹❤️

Join us this October at Saranam, Upstate NY, for a new training, Therapeutic Yoga 50hr Certification. Science of Self

You will learn how to teach the Meridian Yoga Therapy (MYT) Sequence, and modify it to support various conditions, including mental health, eating disorders, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular disorders, autoimmune conditions, menopause, age-related conditions, back pain, chronic pain, and more.

Practice yoga twice daily, learn in community, and relax in nature, with access to 100 acres of forest, meadows, and a beautiful river to swim in. We’ll have a fire ceremony, healthy meals, and more. ❤️

The yogic texts can be a powerful tool for self study, to recognize the patterns, tendencies, and aspects of the mind, and move towards a deeper liberation.
