My mission as a Holistic Health Coach is to help you develop an Integrative Nutrition Program with meal planning, coaching with personal cooking sessions & more! An integrative nutrition program, that helps you to become passionate about healthy eating, fearless living and reaching your ideal balanced vibrant life by working with you emotionally physically and spiritually. I am a Holistic Health Coach, and received my training and certified in health counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and SUNY Purchase College. I am also an accredited member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, an organization that certifies health professionals who do no work with pharmaceuticals. I have been trained in over 40 dietary theories from Eastern and Western medicine. I was taught by an amazing assortment of the world's foremost authorities on wellness, nutrition and coaching, including Deepak Chopra, Barry Sears, Andrew Weil, Mark Hyman, David Wolfe, Mehmet Oz, just to name a few. I am currently the official health coach of the Westerly Organic Market in New York City. My health food coaching services include, private coaching, health food tours, private cooking sessions and kitchen makeovers. I am also a speaker - and I lead, corporate wellness workshops, teleclasses and webinars. My mission as a health practitioner is to help my clients become passionate about healthy eating, fearless living and reaching their ideal, balanced, vibrant life.
