May is Pelvic Health Awareness Month 🌿

And for the past few years, we’ve spent every Wednesday in May going deeper - one topic at a time, one week at a time, through our Pelvic Health 101 series. This year we’re doing something different 🧡

We’re bringing all four topics — Anatomy, Bowel, Bladder, and S*xual Health — into one powerful two-hour evening. Same knowledge. Same honesty. Just one night instead of four. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or this is your first time, there’s no better month to finally learn what your pelvic floor actually does and why it matters.

Join Dr. Danielle Santora and Dr. Emily Moore on Thursday, May 21 from 7–9 PM ET for a free virtual evening that might just change how you understand your own body.

We’re excited to invite you to a special in-person film screening of Lady Parts. Based on a true story, this award-winning dramedy follows a young woman navigating years of unexplained pelvic pain, the challenges of getting a diagnosis, and the deeply personal journey of recovery.

Through humor, honesty, and vulnerability, Lady Parts sheds light on vulvovaginal and pelvic health in a way that is rarely seen or openly discussed. At its core, this film is about more than physical healing. It’s about learning to advocate for yourself, breaking through stigma, and finally feeling seen in an experience that so many people go through in silence.

📆 Date: Wednesday, May 6, 2026⏰ Time: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM ET📍 Location: The Town School Theatre, Upper East Side

Following the screening, we’ll be hosting a panel discussion featuring experts in pelvic health, including our very own Dr. Amy Stein, DPT, alongside Dr. Andrew Goldstein, MD, Dr. Chris Creatura, MD, Kelsey Bates, LMHC, and the film’s creator, Bonnie Gross. Moderated by Janelle Ryan.

This is more than just a screening. It’s an opportunity to learn, connect, and be part of a much-needed conversation around pelvic pain, sexual health, and whole-person care. ❤️
