Three weeks in Florida later, and I’m home with a full heart and proof that rest isn’t a luxury … it’s maintenance. 🐚☀️

I didn’t document all of our trip (which - might be the whole point tbh), but here’s where it started: a week of family time, sandy feet, and July 4th fireworks that reminded me why I protect dedicated time like this every single summer.

Summer has me thinking about hydration a *lot* more. ☀️💦🍉

Between workouts, travels, walks outside, pool days, and simply existing in the heat this time of year, I’m much more intentional about keeping fluids in rotation throughout the day.

One of my favorite additions lately are NOW Foods Effer-Hydrate Effervescent Tablets. My preferred flavor is Lemon Lime (especially chilled), and they’re such an easy way to add electrolytes when I’m active or spending more time outside in the heat.

I don’t think everyone needs electrolytes every single day, but I *do* think they’re a great option to have on hand when your activity level and/or the temperature goes up!

And honestly … anything that makes hydration more exciting and refreshing gets my vote. 🍋💦🕶️
