1 lb ground chicken

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 small onion, finely chopped 🧅

2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

1 egg 🥚

½ tsp salt 🧂

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

Creamy Mushroom Sauce:

8 oz mushrooms, sliced 🍄

1 cup heavy cream 🥛

½ cup chicken broth

1 tbsp butter 🧈

1 tsp fresh thyme or parsley, chopped 🌿

Salt and pepper to taste

🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined.
3️⃣ Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan.
4️⃣ Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool while preparing the filling.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
1️⃣ In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and mascarpone together until smooth.
2️⃣ Add sugar and mix until well incorporated.

Instructions:

¼ lb thinly sliced turkey ham, savory and lean
¼ lb thinly sliced beef salami, robust and spicy
¼ lb thinly sliced mortadella, rich and flavorful
¼ lb sliced provolone cheese, sharp and creamy
¼ lb sliced mozzarella cheese, mild and melty
1 cup olive salad, store-bought or homemade (see notes for a quick recipe)
¼ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers (optional), for a tangy kick
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bread
Slice the Italian bread loaf in half horizontally to create a top and bottom half.
Step 2: Make the Herb Oil
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, oregano, and basil.
Brush the mixture generously onto both cut sides of the bread.
Step 3: Layer the Ingredients
On the bottom half of the bread, layer the following in order:
Turkey ham
Beef salami
Mortadella
Provolone cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Spread the olive salad evenly over the cheese layer.

Directions:

🎃 Pumpkin Crunch Cake
Ingredients:

15 oz can of pumpkin puree
12 oz can of evaporated milk
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 cup of melted butter
Cool Whip, for serving
Instructions:

Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and greasing a 13x9 inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and well combined.
Transfer this mixture into your greased baking dish.
Evenly sift the yellow cake mix over the top of the pumpkin mixture.
Scatter the chopped pecans across the cake mix layer.
Gently pour the melted butter over everything, making sure it covers the pecans and cake mix evenly.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 50-55 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the center sets.
