One thing I’ve learned on this journey is to STOP waiting for everybody else to understand the vision that was given to ME.

This space started as an idea
and little by little, I just kept building it.

Creating what brings me peace, purpose and feels aligned with what I’m here to do.

So whatever you keep thinking about doing
DO IT. Start messy. Figure it out along the way. Just start
 and keep the outside noise to a minimum.

This Saturday, experience Stillwork with a Reiki practitioner, Rachel Young at the Soulful Summer Healing Experience.

During this mini session, you’ll bring forward something that’s been taking up space in your energy
a decision, recurring thought, frustration, uncertainty or something you just can’t seem to shake.

She will also incorporate a chakra scan and reiki energy healing sharing what she notices and inviting you to see how it resonates.
