Here are some practical ways to set yourself up for success when it comes to balancing your blood sugar:

Gut health is all the rage right now, and rightfully so!

Gut health is so important. Did you know your gut:

regulates metabolism 🏃‍♀️
plays a role in mental health 🧠
optimizes digestion 🍴

There are so many reasons it’s important to prioritize your gut. And unlike what you may read on social media, it doesn’t take tons of fancy products or supplements to do so.

Here are some easy ways to improve gut health strictly by what you do and do not include in your diet! Remember, everything in balance... but it is important to enjoy sweets, treats, and things on the bottom of the list in moderation.

As a company employing others to work from home, we know how much of a benefit it can be for employees!

We love WFH for so many reasons...
-flexibility in scheduling
-being in the comfort of your home
-no commute
-better work life balance

But we know working from home isn’t always easy! It can be easy to feel distracted or disconnected. From the laundry piling up or not feeling motivated to “get ready” for the day like a traditional desk job. Here are a few of our favorite tips as WFH-ers to stay motivated and on task!

When it comes to something like sugar...

If you’re trying to go from 0 to 100 on cutting out sugar... you may be setting yourself up for failure. 🍪 ❌ Restricting yourself in an extreme way is more likely to lead to binging later. 🍪🍪🍪

However, when you have the right support and set realistic, manageable goals... 🥗🥦🍪🍌...you are more likely to stick with them! Bonus points if you have a support system in place to keep you accountable on those goals.
