Chasing clarity looks like: → Re-reading his texts for the real meaning. → Asking your group chat to decode him. → Waiting for him to “figure it out” so you can finally exhale.

But when someone wants you, you don’t have to translate them. Clarity isn’t a scavenger hunt — it’s the baseline. 🤍

You’ve read the books. Done the therapy. Rebuilt yourself a hundred times. And you’re still working for crumbs of certainty.

That’s not a you problem. It’s a pattern problem.

A woman who knows her worth doesn’t chase clarity. She becomes it.

So many women relate to Taylor Paul not because they’re “crazy” or weak, but because they know what it feels like to keep going back to someone who hurts them while hoping this time will be different.

Trauma bonds and emotionally unavailable relationships can function a lot like addiction. The highs, the validation, the chasing, the inconsistency - it activates the same reward pathways in the brain that keep people hooked to substances.

And underneath it is often a much deeper wound: abandonment, rejection, not feeling fully chosen or worthy of stable love.

Less shame. Less judgment. More honesty about how powerful these patterns can be. Healing isn’t about blaming women -it’s about understanding why we tolerate what hurts us and finally believing we deserve more. 🤍

This is something I hear all the time in my work.

Talking can help you understand why you feel the way you do—but sometimes your brain needs help actually processing what happened so you can move forward.

Be honest… are you growing or just distracting yourself?

It’s a hard question.
But most people already know the answer.

Growth doesn’t just happen because you want it to.
It happens when you start making different choices -even when they’re uncomfortable.

Not the big, dramatic ones.

The small ones:
• putting your phone down instead of numbing out
• saying what you actually feel
• stopping yourself from chasing the same romantic partners
• sitting in discomfort instead of escaping it

That’s the work.

And avoidance can look really convincing.
It can look like “rest,” “waiting,” or “I’m just not ready yet.”

But if nothing is changing… it’s worth asking why.

This isn’t about judging yourself.
It’s about being honest enough to shift.

Because you are capable of growth.
but you have to choose it.

The most important skill in therapy isn’t CBT, DBT, or any modality you were trained in.

It’s emotional attunement.💞

You can use all the tools in the world,
but if you’re not truly listening…
if you’re missing what’s not being said…
if you’re not picking up on shifts in tone, body language, energy…

it won’t land.

Because healing doesn’t happen through techniques alone.
It happens in the presence of another human who actually sees you.💞

That moment when a client feels understood without having to over-explain?
That’s what starts to rewrite attachment wounds.

Skills matter.
But connection is what makes them work.💞

Healing isn’t always loud or obvious.

Sometimes it’s just this…
feeling a little more present, a little less overwhelmed, and realizing the small moments don’t feel so small anymore.

That’s how you know something inside of you has shifted.

Try being mindful today. Take a moment to smell the fresh air and flowers 🌺, pet your dog 🐶. Listen to the birds 🐦 chirping. Feel the warm sunshine ☀️ on your face.

Life can be quite beautiful, depending on how you look at it. 🥰
