This new white dining table is making food photography difficult- it’s time to get a back drop.
Here is a Tuna Nicosie salad! Probably my new favorite salad! It has a lot of ingredients, but they just need to be boiled, so it’s pretty easy to make.
Pole caught Skipjack with mayo, parboiled green beans, smashed boiled potatoes, arugula, grape tomatoes, radish and homemade Dijon vinegrette.

Magical bowl of food 😋. I’ve really been craving tuna salad lately, so I got some pole caught tuna, real mayonnaise and celery and made my own. On top of a giant salad, with sweet potatoes and a hard boiled local egg.
