The is thrilled and humbled to share that the family has committed a historic $200 million, a gift that will support development of novel methods to prevent, diagnose, treat, and cure disease – and will ultimately allow the ADDF to change the way the world ages. This incredible contribution will propel the ADDF forward as we help bring to market a new generation of drugs based on the that can be used in combination with other therapies targeting a whole host of targets, including anti-amyloid therapies, to stop Alzheimer’s in its tracks. We are already well on our way to this future, with 75% of clinical trials the current pipeline aimed at diverse targets and new in development to complement these drugs. Within the next 15 years, we will accomplish the goal the ADDF was founded on in honor of 25 years ago and transform Alzheimer’s into a curable and preventable disease.
