This was our beautiful patient’s very first injectable appointment — and we went all in (in the best way).

Botox: frown lines, forehead lines, brow lift, crow’s feet, lip flip, mouth corners, chin dimpling + a Nefertiti lift for that snatched jawline/neck definition

Filler: cheeks for lift + structure, undereyes to soften hollowing, marionette lines, and perioral lines around the mouth

Not one unit of Botox or a drop of filler before this appointment!! Now she’s asking why she waited so long 🤍

This is a great example of what we call a liquid facelift.

Instead of chasing every line or area of laxity with filler, we focused first on the outer framework of the face — the temple hollows, back of the cheeks, in front of the ears, and back of the jawline. Adding support in these areas helps reposition the tissues back and out, improving the appearance of jowls and the skin that starts to hang around the mouth.

From there, we used filler to refine the cheeks, chin, under eyes, smile lines, and fine lines around the mouth.

We also treated the frown lines, brows, crow’s feet, mouth frown, chin dimpling, and lip lines with Botox — which hasn’t kicked in yet in these photos.

It’s not about adding volume everywhere. It’s about knowing where to place it to create support, balance, and a refreshed result.
