Ate this GF bagel with zero guilt 🥯​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Five years ago would have been a different story. I would have agonized over the idea before eating it and I would have thought about it for hours after eating it. The stress I put my body through would have been wayy worse than the bagel itself.

I say this because I know how many people struggle with their own food journeys & it can feel very stressful. I was craving a bagel so I went with it and fully enjoyed every bite. It’s the most freeing feeling to eat intuitively & not overthink my food choices.

It wasn’t easy to get here - it took time. But listening to our body makes a lot of sense. It knows what we need - sometimes I eat 100% plant based & sometimes I eat lots of pasture raised & grass fed meat. Leaning in & letting go (some of the time) feels a whole lot better.
