This lash artist wanted to get back into lash lifts and tinting, add Korean lash lifts and brow laminations, and stay within her budget.

She already had some supplies, so we figured out what she could use, what she was missing, and put together this custom bundle just for her.

Your lash lift looked perfect on the shield… then you took it off and went WTF?

Before you blame the lotion, processing time or shield size—look at the lid.

If you accidentally flip the lid while placing your shield or wrapping the lashes, you’re creating the lift from a position the lashes aren’t actually going to stay in.

And when that shield comes off? So can that beautiful lift you thought you had. 😭

Check. The. Waterline.

It takes two seconds and can save the entire service.

They say it’s not the size that matters, it’s how you use it… 😏

Well, when it comes to lash lift shields + rods, size definitely matters. 😂

In this case, too big might leave you feeling a little… underwhelmed.

As a general sizing guide, the lashes should reach past the halfway point of the shield or rod, ideally landing around ¾ of the way up.

Too big = the lashes sit lower on the shield or rod, which can give you a softer, less dramatic result.

Too small = the lashes travel too far around the curve, increasing the chance of a tighter curl or overcurl.

The goal isn’t choosing the biggest or smallest size you can make work. It’s choosing the size that puts those lashes where they need to be.

Because apparently, when it comes to lash lifts… size AND technique matter. 😏
