The thing that strikes us most when women come to HerIQ for the first time: how many of them thought they were the only one feeling this way.

The only one waking up at 3am, wired and exhausted at the same time. The only one whose anxiety appeared out of nowhere. The only one whose body stopped responding to everything that used to work. The only one white-knuckling through days that used to feel manageable.

You were never the only one. You were just never given the language, the information, or the community to recognize yourself in this experience.

Your hormones are shifting. Your symptoms are real and addressable. And you deserve a protocol built around your specific biology, not a generalized answer to a highly individual experience.

HerIQ gives you the unique approach you need to find the protocol that works for your body. Comment PERI to get started.

Only just 👇🏽

realized this song wasn’t about anger issues.

It was about:
• waking up already overstimulated
• crying because someone asked what’s for dinner
• brain fog
• hot flashes
• one more notification sending you over the edge

Turns out when your hormones start shifting, your nervous system can start reacting differently too.

And suddenly, Break Stuff feels less like music and more like a documentary.

If your fuse feels shorter lately, there may be more going on than “stress.”

“I feel better now than I did in my early 40s.”

Heather’s menopause journey hit hard — all the symptoms, multiple hormone specialists, years of being told her levels were within normal range — until she finally found out what optimal actually feels like in her body.

The difference wasn’t a new medication. It was someone who looked at her full hormonal picture and said: we can do so much better for you.

Normal range and optimal are not the same thing. And for too long, women have been handed normal range as if it’s the finish line.

Every woman in this comment section has a different experience of this transition — different symptoms, different timing, different biology driving all of it. That’s not a complication. That’s the whole point. Your protocol has to be built around your specific picture, because no two women move through this the same way.

You don’t have to wait until you feel bad enough to deserve better care. You just have to find someone willing to ask what better actually looks like for you.
HerIQ.

In midlife, 👇🏽

protein becomes more important.

But that doesn’t mean every protein product deserves a spot in your cart.

Because the question isn’t only:

“How much protein?”

It’s:

“What kind?”

Your body is working harder now to maintain muscle, support metabolism, stabilize blood sugar, and recover well.

Quality starts mattering more.

That’s exactly why we care so much about sourcing.

We personally use and recommend protein sources from because they prioritize what actually matters: real food, clean sourcing, and protein that supports your physiology instead of simply hitting a number on a label.

Because this isn’t about chasing protein.

It’s about giving your body better building blocks.

Use code HERIQ for 20% off.

Most perimenopause treatment begins with a symptom list.

HerIQ begins with your full hormonal panel (estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, testosterone, thyroid) because they all communicate with each other, and the complete picture is the only way to build a protocol that specific to you.

If you’ve ever been treated based on symptoms alone and wondered why the results were inconsistent, this is why. Partial information produces partial results.

Save this post and share it with someone still trying to figure out why they don’t feel like themselves.

If you’ve been 👇🏽

wondering why your body suddenly seems to have its own agenda…

Why you’re exhausted but can’t sleep. Why your patience disappeared. Why you walk into rooms and immediately forget why.

Welcome to the part nobody really warned you about.

Perimenopause doesn’t usually show up all at once. It sneaks in through sleep changes, mood shifts, brain fog, anxiety, hot flashes, weight changes, and the growing realization that what used to work… suddenly doesn’t.

The important part?

You’re not imagining it. And you’re not failing.

There are real physiological shifts happening underneath all of this and understanding them changes everything.

The research spiral is so real. And it’s exhausting in a way that’s hard to explain to people who haven’t been in it.

A previous version of you may have labeled herself as “lazy” or “unmotivated”, but you know that isn’t true. You’re navigating decisions that feel enormous... while the very hormones driving the decision are making clear thinking harder than it used to be!

Estrogen and progesterone both support the cognitive function and nervous system regulation that make evaluating options and choosing a path feel manageable. When they’re declining, the mental load of figuring out your next step gets heavier. The irony is genuinely frustrating.

So here’s the smallest possible next step: get your labs done. Have one conversation with someone who can actually read them. You don’t have to have anything figured out beyond that... for now. All you need to focus on is the first step.

HerIQ makes that first step straightforward. Comment PERI and we will help you get out of decision fatigue so you can get back to feeling like yourself again.

When all 👇🏽

your perimenopausal symptoms decide to clock in at the exact same time.

One minute you’re fine.
The next it’s brain fog, overstimulation, anxiety, insomnia, rage, heart palpitations, bloating, and forgetting why you walked into the room.

And because so many symptoms seem unrelated, a lot of women spend years explaining them away as stress, burnout, aging, or “just being overwhelmed.”

But perimenopause can affect your nervous system, sleep, cognition, mood, metabolism, and emotional regulation all at once.

It’s not random.
And it’s not in your head.

Your hormones influence far more than your cycle.

The more clearly you understand what’s shifting biologically, the easier it becomes to stop blaming yourself for symptoms that actually deserve support.

“No one understood why all my labs were coming back fine — but I wasn’t fine.”

That one sentence captures what so many women experience before they find HerIQ. The appointments that check one marker and call it normal. The growing suspicion that something is genuinely wrong. The exhaustion of describing how you feel to providers who keep handing you the same answer.

For this client, the missing piece was estradiol — a marker that wasn’t being tested at all. It was there in her labs the whole time, unread and unaddressed.

Perimenopause isn’t a single data point. It’s a full hormonal picture that requires someone willing to look at all of it — and the time and support to work through it layer by layer.

That’s what we’re here for.

If you’ve been told your labs are fine but your body is telling you something different, your instinct is worth listening to. Comment PERI to get access to a free call with our team.

The perimenopausal rage is one of the most disorienting parts of this whole experience.

Your emotional experience in perimenopause may include sadness or exhaustion or brain fog... but it can also be experienced as anger and rage. And the shame that follows can be debilitating.

Here’s what’s happening: progesterone (the hormone that regulates your nervous system and keeps anxiety and reactivity at a manageable level) drops early in perimenopause. When it goes, the buffer goes with it.

The dish in the sink was always annoying. Now it hits your nervous system like a sledgehammer.

Some women make this experience personal, as if it means something about them. But it’s so important to remember that this is not a character flaw. Instead, it’s a measurable, addressable hormonal shift.

You deserve to understand what’s driving it and a protocol that actually accounts for it. HerIQ is here to support you in finding a solution to help you feel like yourself again.
