Do you have a tendency to “plop” down or fall backwards when you go to sit down?🪑
Here’s 3️⃣ things you can do to prevent that from happening!
☝🏻1. Separate your feet wider than your regular stance, and you should feel stable.
✌🏻2. Hinge your hips backward + shoulders forward BEFORE you begin to lower to the chair.
🤟🏻3. KEEP your shoulders forward as you lower to the chair. And ONLY light your shoulders once you are fully seated.
ALL of these tips apply even if you need to reach your hands backward to use the arm rests of the chair.
COMMENT BELOW if you find this strategy helpful & if you plan on using it🧡
