Perimenopause & Nervous System support smoothie.
This was not one of my random, in-the-moment concoctions. This was a very intentional creation.
Everything is intentional.
It’s layered support…for energy, hormones, the nervous system, and what’s happening beneath it all.
The way this is built…steadying blood sugar, restoring key minerals, and layering in deeper support…gives the nervous system what it needs to soften out of stress and settle.
Protein, collagen, fiber, and a small amount of fruit help prevent big spikes and crashes.
Dragon fruit + blueberries bringing in that antioxidant, vitamin-rich support the body leans on more than we realize. Given the state of our environment, we certainly require more antioxidants.
Spinach for mineral support that helps everything run smoother.
A little banana…just enough to round it out, support potassium balance, and keep things feeling less puffy.
Protein + collagen…to ground it, build, and support connective tissue & collagen production (don’t forget the vitamin C, necessary to utilize the collagen)
And then the deeper layer…maca, reishi, ho shou wu, pearl. These pieces support you in ways you don’t always see right away, but feel over time: hormones, sexual energy, grounding, longevity, and natural calcium.

Ingredients:
1/2 C Frozen dragon fruit
1/2 C Frozen blueberries
1 C Fresh spinach
Banana (1/2)
1 C Soy milk (added protein & hormone support)
Scoop of Collagen peptides
One Scoop of KOS Vanilla Protein powder (can sub chia or h**p seeds, almond butter, or any protein you have. I use this one because it’s one of the cleanest)
Add-ins / deeper support:
Maca
Reishi
Ho shou wu
Pearl powder
