(Un)predictable situations when all the tickets for the train are sold out and you are forced to spend 4h sitting wherever.

Well, glad I took 2 of my journals with me! I can write in one while sitting on the other. 😁

These journals can literally save your ass. 😉 (figuratively too 🤭).

How amazing is to see our journals being a part of your everyday life! 😍😍😍

Did you know that if you want to develop a new habit, one of a good tactics is so called habit trigger?

If you already have a custom that you do every day, like drinking coffee or knitting, you can use it as a trigger for developing a new habit! Just make a decision that every time after knitting, you will journal for 10 minutes. (START SMALL!😊) . And then after a week add extra 5 minutes, then another one and the next. 😊
