Historic pact signed by Ukraine, France and the United Kingdom 🇺🇦🇫🇷🇬🇧

Ukraine, France and the UK have agreed on a Declaration of Intent to deploy a multinational force in Ukraine if a peace deal with Russia is reached. This follows a major summit in Paris where leaders and allies laid out new security guarantees aimed at deterring future aggression and helping Ukraine rebuild its defence capabilities and infrastructure after hostilities end. 

Under the plan, the UK and France would establish military hubs and support facilities across Ukraine to provide security, training and defensive capabilities for Ukrainian forces. US envoys attending the talks have also backed strong security commitments, including an international truce monitoring mechanism, though details remain in negotiation.

Russia is losing its war in Ukraine
