Some people make the switch all at once, while others take it little by little — like this NYC firefighter we had the pleasure of chatting with at Toad Style in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Both approaches work for different people!

No matter where someone is on their health journey, we want to help make plant-based eating more accessible and achievable. One of the ways we do this is through the Plant Powered Plates initiative, which partners with restaurants to offer plant-based menu options that are low in added salt, oil, and sugar.
