🎉 Celebrating One Year of Sunset Support! 🌅
What an incredible year it has been!
Over the past 12 months, the Sunset Support Program has become more than just a gathering. It has grown into a community where seniors have built meaningful friendships, shared countless smiles, stayed active, and created lasting memories together.
We are deeply grateful to every participant, family member, volunteer, community partner, and team member who has been part of this journey. Your trust and support have made this milestone possible, and we look forward to continuing to enrich the lives of older adults for years to come.
