I’ve rather enjoyed being on pause from the ‘insta wheel’, and even though there haven’t been accompanying visuals, the herbal projects have continued in the background, (along with other life commitments).

So many things to share, it’s time to get back on the wheel!

I’m easing back in with a recent nettle harvest. The UK nettle leaves don’t mess around, and at this time of year can be as large as my hand.

In case you can’t read my wild medicine font, it’s Earth Day!

All plants used were from my terrace and appropriatlely enough growing in the cracks except for the yarrow and wood betony which so far are pretty committed to staying where I planted them…In their pots!

Stinging nettles and mugwort were not disciplined enough to make the “alphabet cut” , but really wanted tk make an appearance:)
