You can’t out-exercise a poor diet. 🏋️♀️🍎
Exercise is one of the best things you can do for your body—it builds strength, improves heart health, boosts mood, and supports longevity.
But when it comes to weight loss and overall health, nutrition does the heavy lifting.
You can’t consistently burn enough calories to make up for a diet high in ultra-processed foods, sugary drinks, or oversized portions. In fact, it takes only a few minutes to eat 500 calories—but it can take an hour or more to burn them through exercise.
Instead of thinking:
❌ “I’ll just work it off later.”
Try thinking:
✅ “How can I fuel my body so it performs and feels its best?”
The magic happens when you combine:
🥗 Nourishing, balanced meals
💪 Strength training
🚶 Daily movement
😴 Quality sleep
💧 Good hydration
🧠 Stress management
Remember: Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do. Nutrition is how you support it every single day.
Small, consistent habits will always beat trying to “earn” or “burn off” your food.
