CRISPY VEGGIE TUNA MELT 😍 I can’t believe how good this is!

Tuna melts were my go-to late night food in college, for the sole reason that I didn’t allow them (thanks, diet culture 🤦🏻‍♀️). Now, not only do I eat them regularly, but I’ve also learned the tricks to make them as delicious as possible.

#1: Make sure the bread is crispy, not soggy. I do this by spreading I Cant Believe Its Not Butter Original on both sides of the bread and broiling it for a few minutes. As a bonus, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter adds a delicious buttery taste and is rich in omega-3 ALA, an essential fatty acid that helps to absorb fat soluble vitamins 🙌🏼

#2: Use a delicious tuna salad. This veggie tuna is loaded with red onion, carrots, celery, sweet relish, and dill – all of which add amazing flavor.

EASY, HIGH PROTEIN CANNOLI DIP 🍫 Not to sound all influencer-y, but this is my new obsession!!

This dip is SO good when you want something sweet, simple, and satisfying. All the delicious flavors of a cannoli filling turned into an easy, higher protein snack 🙌🏼

One of the best things about intuitive eating is how it finds the gray area: you don’t need to only eat real cannolis or eat this nutritious dip version. There’s a time and place for both. And the time for this dip is when you want a filling, delicious sweet snack.

EASY PANZANELLA SALAD WITH BURRATA 🍅 SO delicious and one of my favorite salads for summer!

This salad is full of important nutrients: calcium, potassium, vitamin C, and other antioxidants. And also about 12g of protein, which is technically considered high protein 🤣 But most importantly, it’s just SO good.

In the scheme of all things high protein, remember not to reduce your food to just protein. Yes, protein is important, but so are other nutrients too. And most important? That your food *tastes good* and you actually enjoy eating it.

P.S. Serve this as a side dish OR pair with the Blackened Salmon on my blog for a delicious high protein meal!
