People ask...what do you do at Healing Our Warriors? Well...it's really complicated to put what we do on paper or explain fully in a website.

We help people help themselves by explaining where some of our ways of thinking come from and how to simply change our perspectives to a new way of BE-ing. Simply discovering who we really are - underneath the pain and shame that life has thrown at us causing us to hide behind masks and walls!

We do this in a one FULL day - incorporating music, art, games, and horses! We feed you lunch and dinner... and we do it all for FREE because we understand it best - having been through a lot of it ourselves!

If you, or someone you know, is struggling with Anxiety, Panic, Depression, PTS(D), Excessive Stress, and/or Suicidal Ideation (thoughts) and you don't know what to do about it... let us show you H.O.W. (Healing Our Warriors)

This is open to active Military, Veterans, First Responders, Family/Friends of any of those, AND anyone that finds themselves struggling!!

We can help... because we understand! Peer-led and trauma informed. You never have to do this alone!!!

If this one doesn't fit in your schedule...we are currently holding them once a month.

Oh my friends! The Asparagus is jumping out of the ground and we are so excited! Nothing like fresh Asparagus! It only grows for so long so let me know if you want some. I will not put this on an unmanned table so just let me know and I can meet you! $5 a bundle!

As the new year quickly approaches we will be fully engaged in planning what we will be planting for the new year! We thought of putting in a pumpkin patch (not knowing if these are already overdone) but thought it would add to the flow of visitors to the regular stand. We will also be adding to egg production and possibly homemade noodles and even meat? I need to know the interest because it'll be a decent ordeal to provide! We are seriously contemplating a building instead of the big tent but parking will still be a bit muddy. We always encourage parking across the street at the church during yucky times!

What are your thoughts? What's your favorite types of fruits/veggies? Would you be interested in seeing a pumpkin patch with a few activities right here on Brushy Fork Road? Would you be interested in Beef/Pork? Let us know so we can get the plans started!
