Big shout out to all the awesome volunteers from Castro Valley Unified School District!! 🎉 Our vaccination events over the weekend had an amazing turn out and we vaccinated over 300 kids!!!
Also HUGE thanks to all you loving parents for supporting your children through this ❤️

Are you experiencing Zoom fatigue?

Your eyes might get tired easily if you stare at a computer, smartphone, or any screen for long periods of time. The optometrist may call this computer vision syndrome or digital eye strain.

Some ways to combat this problem would be to:
1. Use artificial tears when your eyes feel tired
2. Use the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something about 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
