💭 What if we started thinking about back pain differently?

Instead of thinking, “My back hurts, something must be wrong,” what if we reframed it to, “My back and nervous system are sending me a signal. Let’s figure out what’s going on.”

Pain can be scary, especially when we don’t understand why it’s happening. But pain doesn’t always mean damage, and fear doesn’t have to be part of your healing journey. ❤️

The goal isn’t to ignore your pain, but to understand it, explore what may be contributing to it, and find ways to help you move forward with confidence rather than fear.

And that starts with finding the right chiropractor. Someone who will listen to your concerns, understand your story, validate your experience, and work WITH you to navigate your pain.

You deserve to feel heard, supported, and empowered in your healing. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. 🤍

Hey everyone! ❤️

Some of you may already know, but Dr. Britt had emergency surgery yesterday to have her appendix removed! Thankfully, she’s home now, resting and recovering. 🫶🏼

Because of this little unexpected detour, she’ll be out of the office for the next two weeks. If you have an appointment scheduled during that time, Brenna will reach out to get you rescheduled.

In the meantime, the amazing Dr. Chelsea Richman will be helping out Wednesday morning for anyone who needs to get in!

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding while Dr. Britt takes some time to heal. She’s already looking forward to getting back to the office and seeing everyone as soon as she can! 🐝💛

✨ A little schedule update! ✨

Dr. Britt will be in Alaska for the week, but she’ll be back in the office Saturday, September 19th!

While she’s away, Brenna has the phone and will be answering texts and returning calls periodically throughout the week. If you’d like to get on the books for next week, text, call, message, or email us!

TBT to my very first office 🐝✨

Back then, I rented a room, used a portable table, and worked with very basic resources. Looking back, it’s pretty amazing to see how much my technique, confidence, and practice have grown over the years!

With the 5-year anniversary of Busy Bee coming up in just a few days, I can’t help but feel incredibly grateful for how far this little dream has come. 🥹💛

Here’s to the humble beginnings, the lessons along the way, and everything still to come! 🐝✨

I am truly rich in life. 🤍

I get to wake up and genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. I love the people I’m surrounded by—from the people I work alongside to the people I have the privilege of caring for.

Every day, I get to witness people feeling better, growing, changing, and moving through some of life’s biggest moments. I’ve watched patients welcome babies, head off to college, complete their first ½ marathon, navigate divorces, grieve the loss of loved ones, and so much more.

Life can be hectic, messy, crazy, and stressful at times—but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

I’m incredibly grateful that I get to do what I love, with people I love, and be a small part of so many different chapters of people’s lives. That, to me, is true wealth. ✨
