That viral nail moon video hit 6 million views telling women their missing lunulae mean low thyroid energy. It's not true. Nail changes have no validated diagnostic link to thyroid function. But the reason it spread is real. So many women get only a TSH test, which can sit normal for years while Free T3 is too low to reach the brain or the cells. Here are the labs to ask for by name at your next appointment. Free T3 with a functional target of 3.2 to 4.2 pg per mL, Free T4, Reverse T3 and TPO antibodies. Bring this list with you.

Vivid dreams on LDN aren't your body rejecting the medication, they're a rebound effect that shows up when the timing and starting dose are off. Save this before you decide week two means it didn't work. 🧵 Full breakdown in the reel.

Our first Reiki Share was everything we hoped for. Thank you to Teri Dickerson, Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer, for holding this space with us, and to everyone who came to receive, reconnect, and restore.

This is just the beginning. We're now hosting monthly gatherings at Renew, spaces to slow down and be cared for.

Next up: A Night with Spirit on August 30. Call 302-444-4366 to reserve your spot.

Grow your own little apothecary🌿 Sometimes it begins in the soil, where herbs are grown with intention and tended with gentle hands. A garden of chamomile, calendula, peppermint, and lemon balm can become a living medicine cabinet—rooted in the earth, rich with tradition, and reminding us to care for ourselves naturally and wisely. 🌱✨

🌿 Beautiful harvest this year and still growing!! The kitchen smells amazing. There is no better "gravy" than homemade from the garden 🍅🧄🍃Grow what you can, save your seeds, and learn to preserve the harvest. Give thanks for what the Earth provides, waste little, and share what is abundant. What we grow and preserve today can nourish our friends tomorrow🌽🙏🏽🌱

That ibuprofen you take once the cramps start may be working against the clock, not with it. Prostaglandins spike hardest on day one of your period and ibuprofen only blocks new ones from forming. If your timing is off, the pain wins the head start. Start it a day or two ahead if your cycle is predictable, and always check with your provider first. Painful periods are not something to just push through, they can be a signal worth looking into.

You were told to stop lifting for two weeks every cycle. That advice may be costing you strength, bone density, and insulin sensitivity over time. Cycle syncing got twisted into a rulebook. Here's the version that actually protects your body long term.

If you've been told for years that it's just fibromyalgia and handed nothing actionable, this one is for you. The viral video going around names four autoimmune triggers but skips small fiber neuropathy, which is often driven by low ferritin and undiagnosed thyroid dysfunction. These are treatable root causes. The exact labs to ask for are in the video. Save it and bring the list to your next appointment.

If your periods are so heavy you're soaking through everything and your doctor keeps handing you iron, this one is for you. Heavy bleeding is almost always a progesterone to estrogen ratio problem, not a mineral deficiency. The iron loss is a symptom of the bleeding. Count 21 days from the first day of your period and ask for a day 21 progesterone test. Bring that number to your next appointment.
