Earlier this month, we celebrated the power of women coming together to change the future of health at the 2026 Delaware Go Red for Women event. ❤️ From inspiring stories and meaningful conversations to moments of connection and impact, this event reminded us what’s possible when a community unites for a cause bigger than itself.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported the mission and helped make this day unforgettable. Together, we are making an impact for women’s heart health across Delaware.

🎉WE DID IT!!!!🎉

Last week, we set a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the most people to complete CPR training in one hour! 🙌

Nearly, 1300 people joined our Nation of Lifesavers and are now prepared to act with Hands-Only CPR, which can double, even triple the chance of survival after cardiac arrest.

🚨If you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest until help arrives!

Meet Jim, our Executive Director.

For the past 1.5 years, he has led our team with a simple philosophy: people first. From volunteers to sponsors to survivors, his favorite part of the work is building relationships that move our mission forward.

His “why” is deeply personal. After his brother’s long COVID diagnosis led to heart complications and a pacemaker/defibrillator at just 49, the mission became even more urgent.

Leadership with purpose. Impact with heart.
