Our "Women's Circles" were powerful & I want to start doing circles again, but in a NEW FORMAT :)) incorporating elements of sound-baths and STORY-THEMED REFLECTIONS.

Ancient memos still linger in the form of story.
Stories connect us to various aspects of our Self,
and to the vastness of the HUMAN EXPERIENCE.

You simply show up, get supremely comfy, sip a hot drink, LISTEN in an EXPERIENTIAL WAY, respond to prompts in your journal / notebook.

Now is the time to embrace the power of STORY, and uncover the meaning they carry for us TODAY, in the PRESENT MOMENT

My intention is to create a deep-listening experience using vibrational sound therapy & aural story-telling, followed by guided reflections for soulful insights.

ALL ADULTS WELCOME /
we are being 'inclusive' to guys now.
