I had to experience one more before our busy season gets underway.

Also, it was crucial I got rid of the summer skin build up of dead skin and congestion. An excellent idea if you plan on resuming advanced skin treatments such as laser, microneedling, RF microneedling etc.

Several factors must be taken into consideration before a needle touches the tissue. It’s why we are dissolving and refilling lips more than ever before. We know so much more now than we did just a few years ago…

💫Food for thought—
for a gal wanting to add volume to her lips or enhance the shape with dermal fillers:

1. find an injector obsessed with her craft
2. crazy about anatomy
3. values continued education- perhaps ask what advanced courses she’s taken or on line platforms she’s apart of. If she can’t answer this, I’d seriously rethink your appt.
4. don’t book the cheapest available lip filler in your area.
5. save your money until you can book someone super invested in your immediate and long term results.
6. Run if they don’t review their well thought out plan for your lips and what to expect.
7. ask how they’ll manage a complication should god forbid one develop, 16 vials of hylanex on hand at all times is a good starting point.
8. ask for a direct contact number for provider support post injections.
9. Ultrasound available is a plus, but ensure providers actually know how to use it.
