Today, Lisa is an Aura-Soma practitioner, Reiki Master, numerologist, and founder of Colour Light & Frequency in Newburyport. Through her work, she helps people connect with the healing power of color, energy, and self-awareness to create meaningful, lasting transformation. Her passion is contagious, her journey is inspiring, and her mission is simple: to help you feel aligned, empowered, and beautiful from the inside out.

I Loved hosting this great evening 💜

Last night in Newburyport, Massachusetts was truly something special. ✨

Our SheConnects Meetup was filled with incredible women, genuine conversations, laughter, encouragement, and the kind of positive energy you can truly feel the moment you walk into a room. The atmosphere was warm, uplifting, and undeniably magical.

A heartfelt thank you to our gracious host, Lisa Choquette of Colour Light & Frequency, for opening the doors to such a beautiful and inspiring space. It created the perfect environment for authentic connection, meaningful dialogue, and new friendships to bloom.

We are equally grateful for our wonderful Connection Leader, Lauren Corning, whose warmth, kindness, and welcoming spirit made every guest feel seen, valued, and included from the moment they arrived.
