✨I just love everything about this soothing display ✨
It begs the question, if we are loving ourselves enough. And if we are, is it for the right reasons, or something superficial? Zoom in to read the whole thing, and treat yourself to a moment to pause and reflect. This plaque brightened my day earlier this afternoon when I was in the office for a session, and I’m sure it will make you smile too 🩵
I’ve mentioned before how grateful I am to work in such a beautiful shop, as well as for all the thoughtful details that Lisa put into everything you see in it✨

🎙️ I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Angelina Behrens of Angel Behr Energy Medicine in the BevCam Studio for a fascinating conversation about energy medicine, holistic healing, stress management, and the body's natural ability to heal and restore balance.

What I appreciated most about Angelina is that her work comes from her own personal healing journey. After overcoming significant health challenges, she dedicated herself to learning and sharing approaches that help people address the root causes of imbalance rather than simply managing symptoms.

In this episode, we discuss Eden Energy Medicine, muscle testing, chakra balancing, detoxification, pain management, emotional well-being, and the connection between our thoughts, beliefs, energy, and physical health.

✨Storytime: I do energy medicine because it was what my body needed when nothing else worked.✨
I had horrible sleep apnea in middle school, which basically means my body wasn’t letting me rest while I was sleeping. My mom would notice me wake up snoring, but also sounding like I was choking on air. As for me? I’d fall asleep in class, and even though my teachers were understanding about it, that’s obviously not ideal. I often had headaches, near constant fatigue, and seemingly no way out. To this day, we don’t totally know the root cause, but I’d say it was a combination of hormones, being bullied in school, and stress in the mix. I did have surgery to correct an overgrown adenoid and a deviated septum to clear my airway, but that wasn’t the complete answer - only part of it.
My mom had an armful of vitamins at the one day when someone working there told her to put those away and go see - little did they know, that conversation not only fixed my health issues, but set me on a path to help others too.
Dr. Mincolla is an incredibly humble yet brilliant human being (not a human doing - that’s an inside joke we have) who wasn’t afraid to meet me where I was at, and show me what my body (and my mind) really needed. With kinesiology muscle testing, we were able to target what foods and supplements my body needed to avoid in order to heal. And with time, I got to add them back (mindfully, of course), and the sleep apnea went away.
While I thank God for the journey He brought me on through my mom’s fervent prayers, I am also exceedingly grateful for Dr. Mincolla, and now his daughter who coaches me in my life journey now. This is my why, and this is the reason I want to help others. If you didn’t think energy medicine works, I’m living proof - and it’s one of my favorite stories to tell ✨

⚡️When they say it takes a village, they weren’t kidding⚡️
If you’ve ever built a business before, you know how tough it is to find your tribe. And even more so, how to connect with people relevant to your industry without feeling weird about it. I’ll admit, the marketing side of this stressed me out even more than studying for my certification exam (which turned out to be such a breeze and so rewarding!!!). But it’s gotten easier recently, and I wanted to shoutout some of the great opportunities I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with in the north shore of Massachusetts…
⚡️ has been a great way for me to meet more wonderful ladies in similar industries. I always love a fun hangout vibe for trading business cards and chatting about what makes us smile the biggest!
⚡️ hosted a super fun seminar the other day, in the prettiest pink fairy light floral basement venue ever 🌸 Plus, the presentations were informative and motivating, with action-oriented ideas.
⚡️ will be featuring ME on their Rise, Heal, and Grow podcast very soon! Stay tuned for more about that in the coming weeks!
And of course, the BIGGEST thank you and lots of love to Lisa for giving me the amazing opportunity to rent space in her gorgeous shop. She’s been absolutely instrumental in helping me network, showing that a little help goes such a long way ✨
What’s helped your networking journey the most?

✨I used to be afraid of crystals✨
Growing up without enough awareness of the different energy medicine tools out there, I didn’t know the science-based physics. How crystals use light and frequency and colors to interrupt stuck energy, clear chakras, and more. I was (wrongly) taught they were part of occult practices, and certainly nothing for me - a girl raised in the Christian faith - to play around with.
But as I got older, a shift happened. When I was studying energy medicine to build my own practice, and witnessed firsthand the amazing things that could happen, even tangibly affecting muscles of the body, I realized there was something to cut-glass crystals after all. That they were part of God’s amazing creation, and that He built our universe with His voice, aligning with the ideas of quantum string theory and other physics concepts. And that above all else, I shouldn’t give the devil credit for what God made 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This is where I need to shoutout for being instrumental in talking about the legitimacy of energy medicine with having faith (not religion) in Jesus. That it’s not energy medicine OR Jesus - it’s energy medicine AND Jesus, because we are made in His image and this work mirrors that back to Him (for His glory). At least, that’s how I’ve internalized what I’ve learned, alongside her amazing faith-based science-backed content that even the loudest critic would have trouble turning up their nose at.
So now, I see my energy work as a wonderful way to show people God’s unconditional love. People that come to me might be searching for something - perhaps they wish a frustrating symptom would go away. Or they need more purpose in their life. I won’t preach at them, but I will show them all the love I possibly can, because that’s what Jesus would do. And I feel called to be His hands and feet on Earth, helping people find peace and joy in the life they’re living. If anyone wants to know more about my faith journey, I’ll be more than happy to share anytime. But in my office, my focus will be on helping your energy flow stronger than ever.⚡️💫✨

✨Yin and Yang is everywhere✨
Even with our pets! Lilly is my childhood dog, and even though she’s 15 now, she allows her new little puppy adopted sister Phoebe (who’s less than 5 months old) to cuddle nice and close. My mom takes care of them both, so she sent me this photo and I loved how it shows the beginning of life, and the maturity of life, flowing together in the same frame. Now if you met these two cuties, you’d be shocked that they’re cuddling, because Phoebe likes to playfully nip at Lilly, and Lilly tolerates it but probably isn’t her biggest fan 😅😂
Energy medicine shows a similar dynamic, that in life, we can only do the best with what we know. As we grow, we may learn more, but then so must our patience grow too. So whether you find yourself more aligned with Phoebe or Lilly, your energies are swirling and changing every minute, every hour, and every day. Plus, the meridians in your body have a yin and yang relationship, so this dynamic is literally in everything!
