Wellness Exercise:
π Sit in a comfortable position
π Breathe in 4 seconds, Hold Your Breath 4 seconds and Breathe out 4 seconds throughout the video
π Listen to the Raindrops
π Watch the raindrops embrace the windshield
π If you wish close your eyes
π Watch the tree being guided by the wind
π As you Breathe in: receive what you need to be the best person you can in this moment
π as you hold the breath, connect with that which you are receiving
π as you exhale let go of everything that is worrying you, heavy on your heart and the things you cant control.
