Before I stated my journey at Renew Fitness, I was walking with a cane, after getting off my rollator walker. I had a bad fall in my kitchen and injured my back.
I decided not to have back surgery and started pain management and slowly stared improving. Dr. Vaid had me start physical therapy and it didn’t seem to help. In February Dr. Vaid gave me a card for 2 free sessions at Renew Fitness Center. After waiting a couple of weeks, I called. After the second visit, I knew this was the place for me to get myself back to health. It’s the best money I’ve invested in my health. Now I don’t use a cane, I can tie my shoes, take pain meds only occasionally instead of 3-4 times a day, and I feel so much better! My family has noticed the improvements and they are so happy for me.
Now I am on my journey to getting my body fit, healthy and I'm enjoying life. I’ve met some of the sweetest women and men in Newnan at Renew Fitness and I recommend Renew Fitness Center to everyone. I thank Dr. Vaid for sending me to Renew Fitness Center. I thank Renew Fitness for all of the help, and most of all I thank God For getting me to Renew.
