It might be what you’re doing — or not doing — in the first 10 minutes of your morning.

Most of us wake up, grab our phones, skip straight to coffee, and wonder why we feel like we’re dragging all day.

Your body wakes up dehydrated. Your cortisol is already trying to spike just to get you moving. And caffeine on an empty, dehydrated system just borrows energy you don’t have.
