I’ve always found New Year posts kind of cheesy. You shouldn’t need a calendar reset to stay motivated. That work happens all year. But I’ve also learned something recently: the power of intention.�
✨What you repeatedly believe, you begin to build✨

So here goes. 2025, you weren’t great and I’m politely closing the door.
�The last 4 years stretched me in ways I didn’t choose, but they shaped me in ways I needed. Healing after divorce. Rebuilding myself and learning who I really am after everything familiar fell away.

On the business side, I’ve crossed a line many don’t. Most businesses don’t make it past 3 years. We did. Even while being tested. Even through a hard season.

This next chapter is about control:�• Who I give my energy to�• What I tolerate�• What I build�• How I show up

No more survival mode.�No more waiting for permission.�Just clarity, alignment, and forward momentum.

So here’s to choosing peace, purpose, and people who feel like home. 2026, I don’t need to beg anymore. I’m creating it for myself and I’m ready.

Happy Holidays 🤍 Wishing joy, peace, and love to you and your families this season.

Family looks a little different for me these days than I once imagined, but it’s full, meaningful, and happy. This first photo captures that so well. What began as an au pair relationship became forever family. Our cultural care experience truly changed our lives, and I’m endlessly grateful for the way this relationship has grown and that Alina remains a special part of my and Olivia’s life.

For families considering the au pair system, it can be so much more than childcare, it can become something truly special.

After Olivia’s piano performance (her favorite gift from Santa 🎹), it’s officially time to feast, feast, feast! 🤍

I’m BACK!✨I’ve gone through a lot of life changes recently and took some time away from social media to focus on my career, have a baby, and start my own med spa! I’m so excited to share more about my new space with all of you and treat your lovely faces. Let me first take a moment to reintroduce myself:
I am the founder of .aesthetic.retreat 💉I am a board-certified Physician Assistant and an advanced aesthetic injector with a master’s degree from the Western University of Health Sciences.  I truly believe that aesthetic treatments can and should be done beautifully and naturally and have built my practice around this very philosophy.  I specialize in customizing well-rounded treatment plans for each patient in order to elevate natural beauty, refresh the face, and help my patients age gracefully.

I have been in the aesthetic industry for 12 years.  During this time, I have continued to learn, grow, and improve my injection techniques by attending countless industry conferences and trainings.  I have also assisted during the live webinar launch of the Juvéderm Volbella indication for the tear troughs with Medical Institute.

I have a passion for education and dedicate ample time to each patient to discuss all aspects of their aesthetic journey.  Remember, beauty is a marathon, not a sprint.
